The hotel is located near a beautiful nature area which is perfect for hiking. The facilities include a swimming pool and playground, which is great for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there was ample parking available.
Don't have any issues at all.

Excellent service from welcome team
Lack of kettle in rooms. Lack of comfortable chair in room. Child bed was too small for our 15 year old (who is bigger than his dad)

The family room was very spacious.
Indoor pool was too cold. The meat served at supper was delicous however, frozen croquette potatoes were a poor side order. The staff were polite if a little lack lustre.

The family room for five was spacious with two separate sleeping rooms. A nice playground for children and a great out door swimming pool area next to the hotel. Nice staff.
The family room was located on the top floor with pitched ceeling which for example made it impossible to shower in the bathroom. Also very thin walls to the family room next to ours. The restaurant wasn't too impressive.

The hotel is situated ideally in the beautiful Harz nature, with great access to hiking trails and steps away from outdoor and indoor pools. the newly renovated bathroom was very clean and towels provided were fresh. the breakfast buffet had a range of fresh options to choose from. the staff was very kind and helpful, making the stay more welcoming.
The furniture and decor felt outdated.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location next to a swimming pool and grass area allows for a refreshing and enjoyable stay in the beautiful Harz nature. The friendly and attentive staff provide basic amenities and comfortable rooms with bunk beds, perfect for families. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious family rooms and comfortable beds. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Harz nature and it is conveniently close to an autobahn. The staff are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious dishes to start the day.
